Experience
Alexander has been writing about arts and culture for two decades now, starting with album reviews and slowly branching out into essays, fiction, poetry, creative non-fiction, and reportage. An aging punk and former drama kid, he spent years working itinerant jobs in Chicago before moving to LA so he could finally put his training and skillsets to use. He was a 2020 fellow at the Los Angeles Review of Books Publishing Workshop, and has been writing for Static Media since 2022.
Education
Alexander attended Syracuse University's Visual and Performing Arts program, with a major in Drama.
