He is the founder of Superhero Artist Management, whose musician clients, past and present, have appeared at Coachella, Warped Tour, Reading & Leeds, Stagecoach, and on international tours with genre-defining acts like Nine Inch Nails, Morrissey, and Slayer. He is also the founder of PopCurse, producing podcasts like Speak N' Destroy and No-Prize From God. Born in the Midwest and based in Southern California, Downey is an avid fan of pop culture (his favorite movie is The Crow), hand-to-hand combat, weapons training, comedy, vintage subculture, and most of all, his family and friends.
