Education
Mita received a bachelor's degree in performing arts, English literature and psychology. Her bachelor program helped her both look at the arts as a performer and critically as a literature and psychology student. Mita then took classes in film criticism and feature writing to complete a M.S. in Journalism at Boston University. She also wrote about films and interviewed filmmakers Kitty Green and Judd Apatow as a features writer for her school newspaper, The Daily Free Press.
