Margarida Bastos is a native Portuguese bilingual writer with an avid interest in theatre, books, visual novels, gaming, podcasts, anime, film, and TV — essentially, anything that has to do with the multifaceted nature and fascinating power of storytelling. She worked for Collider as a news and features writer from July 2021 to September 2022 and wrote over 350 articles. She became part of the Looper team in the Summer of 2022.

Education

Margarida attended high school at a Professional Theatre School in her hometown. She moved to London in 2017 to attend university there. She graduated as a First Class graduate in English with Creative Writing at Queen Mary University of London. In September 2022, she began attending a Master's degree in Text Editing at NOVA FCSH University Lisbon.
