Experience
Jessica's unique way of looking at the world has always been easy to filter through the lens of movie scenes, and she's always been drawn to them because of that. She also knew she wanted to be a writer since the age of 10. Having worked on and off as a freelancer since 2014, Jessica has written for publications such as NPR's Pop Culture blog and Bitch Media. In her free time, Jessica stretches her writing skills, dabbling in everything from song lyrics to screenplays. There is more than one unfinished novel on her hard drive.
Education
Jessica earned a BA in English from The Ohio State University, with a focus on creative writing, in 2001.
