Sam Moya has a wide-range of writing experience, having written in both academic and non-academic settings alike. Uniquely passionate about a variety of movies and TV genres – from procedurals to the Criterion Collection – she grew up consuming pop culture. As the managing editor of Screen Speck, she helps elevate diverse and unique voices to write about the media that they are passionate about. She herself also writes for Screen Speck, focusing predominantly on television.
Education
Sam received a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science, with a minor in Philosophy, from the University of New Mexico. She further pursued a Masters and Doctorate in Political Science from the University of Colorado Boulder.
