Who Plays Victoria Cho On Law & Order: Organized Crime?
The "Law & Order" television franchise has seen a massive amount of revolving cast members across its various shows. The most recent spin-off series, "Law & Order: Organized Crime," has kept the trend alive with a few familiar faces and a whole bunch of new ones. Starring Christopher Melloni, who reprises his role as Elliot Stabler from "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit," the show has provided an edgy new look into the crime-riddled New York of the "Law & Order" universe.
With the show now in its sophomore outing, there have been a couple of recent additions to the cast. Rachel Lin plays Detective Cho
The character of Victoria Cho is played by actor Rachel Lin, though she may not be a face that many TV watchers are familiar with. Lin's filmography prior to "Organized Crime" mostly consists of small indie shorts, though the actor has made a few guest appearances on some other notable shows. In 2019, Lin appeared in a small role on Season 2, Episode 7 of "Pose," the FX drama with a colorful take on the New York drag ball scene of the 1980s and '90s. Additionally, 2021 saw her make an appearance on Season 5, Episode 5 of the recently-canceled legal drama "Bull."
Lin also recently added a sizable film credit to her name, as she co-starred in Canadian-British director Roger Spottiswoode's experimental 2021 film "Either Side of Midnight." The film, which, per Deadline, was entirely shot on location in New York City, chronicles four separate but intersecting stories that are meant to celebrate the diversity of experiences in the city. Portraying a waitress, Lin's character is just one of the numerous individuals whose lives collide with one another over the course of the movie.
With her career taking off to another level thanks to her role on "Organized Crime," it's anyone's guess what projects Lin will take on in the future — be they shorts, TV shows, or movies. For now, though, fans can expect to see more of Lin as Detective Cho in the "Law & Order" universe.
