Harrison Ford And Ryan Gosling Stare Down In Blade Runner 2049 Photo
Looks like Harrison Ford and Ryan Gosling won't necessarily see eye-to-eye in Blade Runner 2049, although they're, you know, looking each other eye-to-eye.
Empire shared a new photo from the upcoming sequel from Denis Villeneuve (Arrival), and although it doesn't reveal much, we can all use more Blade Runner in our lives. It features LAPD officer K (Gosling) and long-lost Rick Deckard (Ford) in a neon-lit club, and Deckard looks especially unhappy. Check it out below.
Details about the movie are still decidedly under wraps, but we do know a few things. Gosling's character, a new blade runner, discovers a dark secret that could bring an end to humanity, which leads him to Deckard, a former blade runner who disappeared three decades earlier.
The cast also includes Jared Leto as a shadowy replicant manufacturer, Robin Wright, Dave Bautista, and Mackenzie Davis. Edward James Olmos will also return (perhaps briefly) as Gaff.
Blade Runner 2049 hits theaters on Oct. 6. Until then, find out why the movie will be better than you think.
