Producers Guild Awards 2019: Complete List Of Winners

Dozens of incredible films and television series were up for accolades at the 2019 Producers Guild Awards, but only the best of the best (according to the organization's voting board, at least) took home wins. If you missed out on the ceremony on Saturday, January 19, we have you covered with the full list of winners.

The top prize of the evening, the Darryl F. Zanuck Award for Outstanding Producer of Theatrical Motion Pictures, went to the comedy-drama Green Book, directed by Peter Farrelly and starring Viggo Mortensen and Mahershala Ali as Italian-American driver and bodyguard Frank "Tony Lip" and famed black pianist Dr. Don Shirley who embark on a road trip through the Deep South in 1960s America. That Green Book — which was up against strong contenders Black Panther, BlacKkKlansman, Bohemian Rhapsody, Crazy Rich Asians, A Star Is Born, A Quiet Place, The Favourite, Roma, and Vice — earned the highest PGA Award a film can get during this year's ceremony has many anticipating the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences will nominate it for a Best Picture Oscar at the upcoming 91st annual Academy Awards.

Green Book's PGA Award joins its growing list of awards that already includes the Toronto International Film Festival People's Choice Award, the Golden Globe for Best Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy, and the National Board of Review awards for Best Film and Best Actor (to Mortensen), among others.

Another film blazing a hot trail to the 2019 Oscars is Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, which earned the Producers Guild Award for Outstanding Producer of Animated Theatrical Motion Pictures. Featuring the voice of Shameik Moore as Miles Morales and Jake Johnson as Peter B. Parker, Into the Spider-Verse has taken home the Best Animated Feature Film statue at the 76th Golden Globe Awards, the Best Animated Feature Film award at the 24th Critics' Choice Awards, and won Best Animated Feature in several film critic societies and organizations, including the Chicago Film Critics Association Awards, the Houston Film Critics Society, the Los Angeles Film Critics Association, the New York Film Critics Circle Awards, the San Francisco Film Critics Circle, the Seattle Film Critics Society, and the St. Louis Film Critics Association.

Elsewhere in the film categories at the 2019 Producers Guild Awards, Focus Features' Won't You Be My Neighbor? scored the award for Outstanding Producer of Documentary Motion Pictures, beating out The Dawn Wall, Free Solo, Hal, Into the Okavango, RBG, and Three Identical Strangers.

As for television, The Americans won big in earning the Norman Felton Award for Outstanding Producer of Episodic Television – Drama, and Amazon's original streaming darling The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel took the Danny Thomas Award for Outstanding Producer of Episodic Television – Comedy. The David L. Wolper Award for Outstanding Producer of Limited Series Television went to The Assassination of Gianni Versace: American Crime Story, which has been doing incredibly well this awards season, earning an Emmy Award for Outstanding Limited Series, a Critics' Choice Television Award for Best Limited Series, and a Golden Globe award for Best Miniseries or Television Film, to name just a few of the show's accolades. The award for Outstanding Producer of Streamed or Televised Motion Pictures, a new award created this year, went to Fahrenheit 451
