Rolling Stone Brazil posted an image from the movie that shows the Joker (Jared Leto) apparently threatening Harley Quinn (Margot Robbie). As Batman News points out, it's actually a deleted part from the scene in which the pair are reunited after a helicopter landing. The way we saw it in the movie, Joker and Harley share a kiss, pay each other a few compliments, and then Joker says he's got all her favorite things waiting for her at home. But the previously unseen photo shows he also reacted in a far different way.

As MTV points out, the relationship between the two super-villains has long been abusive in the comics. But it's in direct opposition to the way the loving pair are depicted in Suicide Squad.
It's likely the direction was part of director David Ayer's darker vision for the movie, which Warner Bros. reportedly cut in favor of something lighter. Leto, who claims to have shot enough unused Joker scenes to fill another movie, reportedly said he felt "tricked" into doing Suicide Squad after it had been pitched very differently to him.
