John Wick: Chapter 4's Cinematic Shots Are Completely Winning Fans Over

The world of international assassins and their underground society in the "John Wick" franchise is perfect for globe-trotting adventures. The first "John Wick" took place in a relatively localized area, but since then, the films have traveled to varied and interesting landscapes and environments in the United States, Europe, and the Middle East. In other words, the passport of John Wick (Keanu Reeves) is probably filled to the brim with stamps and dried blood. Joking aside, professional killers certainly get plenty of opportunities to take in dazzling vistas and enjoy the fruits of high-society living.

"John Wick: Chapter 4" picks up in the immediate aftermath of the previous movie, and once again, Wick must travel to faraway locations in order to free himself from a secretive world that he once fought so hard to leave. Luckily, Wick's latest quest has provided several gorgeous shots and views that have thoroughly impressed those lucky enough to have seen "John Wick: Chapter 4." These fortunate audience members have taken to social media to express their thoughts. Over on Reddit, u/Dequat wrote, "The cinematography in this movie was absolutely incredible. The still of John Wick with the Cherry Blossom tree at the Osaka hotel might be one of my favorite wide shots in recent years."

John Wick: Chapter 4 audiences are in love with the cinematography

Several users on Reddit were incredibly impressed with the sweeping and cinematic shots of "John Wick: Chapter 4," with u/FullBonus wondering if the movie can be nominated for a best cinematography award at some point. Meanwhile, u/Highfours made mention of a particular overhead shot in a Parisian apartment building and how enthralled they were with this scene in "Chapter 4." These sentiments were also echoed on Twitter, where @vishnu_554 called "John Wick: Chapter 4" a "peak cinematic experience," writing, "Cinematography is excellent, lighting and color create a dark moody atmosphere. The soundtrack is fantastic & perfectly pitched. Impeccable direction by #ChadStahelski."

@sharmajiishare was also a big fan of the art direction, tweeting, "Combine the action and cinematography of the last three movies and multiply and you get #Johnwick4. Best cinematic experience." Similarly, @Rajesh990445 considers "John Wick: Chapter 4" to have perfect lighting and cinematography. @ArjunK_166 also agreed with the previous statement, adding that the music and presentation are some of the biggest highlights of "Chapter 4."

 In other words, fans went to the theater for the over-the-top action of "John Wick: Chapter 4," and stayed for the awe-inspiring landscapes and beautifully composed scenes.
