Meg Ryan?

In the 1990s, Meg Ryan was one of the biggest stars in Hollywood and became America's sweetheart after starring in a steady stream of successful romantic comedies, including "When Harry Met Sally," "Sleepless in Seattle," and "You've Got Mail." But by the time the 2000s rolled around, the roles stopped coming and Ryan was in the spotlight for all the wrong reasons.
She stepped away from the limelight but ultimately returned to act and go behind the scenes as a director for the 2015 film "Ithaca." Of her decision to step away from the acting world, Ryan told The New York Times, "I didn't feel like I knew enough anymore about myself or the world to reflect it as an actor.”
She also told the outlet that she wanted to "live more" and part of living more included focusing on her kids, son Jack Quaid and daughter Daisy True Ryan. In March 2022, Netflix announced that Ryan will return to direct the streaming platform's upcoming movie, "A Lady's Guide to Selling Out."
