After a two-year drought, Season 2 of “The Witcher” has finally arrived, and all the major players are back, including Anya Chalotra and Freya Allan, who play Yennefer and Ciri, respectively. The actresses never shared a scene in Season 1, but when they finally did in Season 2, it proved to be an exciting and special moment for both of them.

Freya Allan caught up with Collider to dish on all things "The Witcher" Season 2, and her time filming with Anya Chalotra became a major talking point. She said that she was excited to work with Chalotra because of her amazing performance in Season 1, and also added that her co-star “gives a lot,” which made her job easier.

Allan said she learned a lot while filming with Chalotra and that they had lots of fun together. She added that she and her co-star formed an off-screen relationship which helped build their trust ahead of filming.
