"Supernatural"

SPOILER WARNING!

With 15 seasons and over 300 episodes to parse through, any "Supernatural" fan will admit that they can't all be winners, and there are a few episodes that many fans agree are quite skippable during a rewatch. Most of these tend to be episodes that aren't from the perspective of the Winchesters, or are just meant to create a spin-off like Season 9’s episode "Bloodlines."
Season 1 introduced the concept of the monster-of-the-week episodes, and one of those episodes titled “Bugs,” fell flat according to fans. In it, an infestation is caused by a curse cast on early colonizers due to their abuses of the native Euchee tribe, and "Supernatural" uses the Indigenous tribe as a plot device to explain the conflict, rendering the episode in poor taste.
"Supernatural" has a lengthy history of killing off its female characters, one of the most notable of which being Charlie (Felicia Day) in Season 10's episode "Dark Dynasty." Since she was one of the few openly LGBT characters on the show and seemed to have been killed off merely to further the plot of the male lead, this infuriated a lot of viewers.
