Emme Rylan has appeared on soaps such as "Guiding Light" and "The Young and the Restless." However, she called "General Hospital" home from 2013 to 2020 before her character Lulu was written off by way of an explosion that put her in a coma.
According to Rylan's Instagram comments, it was not her choice to leave the show. She wrote in part, "I was told that I was being taken off contract and that the character was being put into a coma. I wasn't informed about anything else."
Soap Central reported in January that the star is working on a new project in the early stages of production. Regardless of where Rylan ends up next, it's good to see that she's still acting and, based on her IG feed, is maintaining a good work-life balance.
