When Kaley Cuoco joined the cast of the hit series “The Big Bang Theory,” she was no stranger to working in front of TV cameras, with credits like “8 Simple Rules.” However, after 12 seasons on “The Big Bang Theory,” Cuoco only watches particular episodes of the successful sitcom.
Starring in 277 of the show’s 279 episodes, the actress refuses to watch newer episodes, saying, “The recent ones are still too recent for me. It's just too emotional for me.” If, however, Cuoco flips through TV channels and comes across an old episode, she’ll watch it.
Cuoco revealed on “The Kelly Clarkson Show” that she hardly recognizes herself in the older episodes. While it’s clear she avoids newer episodes of the sitcom since they hit a little too close to home, she’s most definitely willing to watch older episodes of “The Big Bang Theory.”
