Nobody does dramatic entrances like Drogon, including when he first emerged from a funeral pyre on his mother’s shoulder. The biggest and fiercest dragon of the queen's trio, he was last seen flying off with Daenerys' body after she was killed by Jon Snow.

Named after Jon Snow’s father, Rhaegal is usually overshadowed by Drogon, but it's his turn to shine in Season 8 when he battles his undead brother, Viserion. rhaegal's life comes to an end when he's shot down over Dragonstone by Euron Greyjoy's scorpions.

Viserion also hatches in the pyre with his brothers and is with Daenerys until Season 7 when the Night King kills, reanimates, and turns him into an unwitting traitor. His flame is used to destroy the Wall, but he dies again when Arya Stark kills the Night King.
Viserion
Perhaps the most legendary dragon to grace Westeros' skies was Balerion the Black Dread, who flattened villages in a single hot breath and got kings to bend their knees just on reputation. His immense skull can be seen in both shows illuminated by candles.

Caraxes the Blood Wyrm is Daemon Targaryen's biggest weapon and is especially impressive when deployed in the War for the Stepstones. Despite being a third of his size, Caraxes killed the older dragon named Vhagar but died in the process.
