The Killer We Never Get To See In A Single Criminal Minds Episode

"Criminal Minds" had some notable and terrifying "unsubs” over its 15 seasons, but at least we could usually rest assured knowing that the BAU caught them. However, some killers were only referenced over the course of the series, and we never got to see the BAU interact with them.

In Season 6, we learn that Ashley Seaver (Rachel Nichols) is the daughter of Charles Beauchamp, a.k.a. “The Redmond Ripper.” It is revealed that Hotch and Rossi caught Beauchamp when Seaver was a child, but we never see him on screen.

Beauchamp was incredibly protective of his daughter, and he attempted to avoid the homicidal urges that led him to kill 25 women in a seemingly brutal fashion. It is also mentioned that Beauchamp still writes to Seaver, but we never physically see him doing so, and his character mainly serves to further Seaver’s development.
