The Netflix series "Cobra Kai" tells the continuing story of Johnny Lawrence and Daniel LaRusso from the original “Karate Kid” trilogy, and a few minor characters from the trilogy have made appearances as well. In addition, the show brings a lot of new faces to the franchise.

Two of these new faces are Peyton List, who plays Tory Nichols, and Jacob Bertrand, who plays Eli "Hawk" Moskowitz. Both have become central characters in the current "Cobra Kai" storyline, but this isn't the first time they’ve worked together.

List and Bertrand starred together in the 2016 Disney Channel original movie "The Swap," a story of two high schoolers who magically swap bodies after texting each other. While the movie might be predictable, it is also a touching story of loss that showcases the acting talents of List and Bertrand.
