One well-known “Chicago Fire” character turns is actually played by twin actors. As far as sniffing out the persona who is portrayed by twins on the show, the choices are fairly limited. Can you guess who it is?
Spanning the fourth and fifth seasons is a narrative involving Gabby Dawson and her fiancé Matt’s efforts to adopt the young boy she rescued from a fire in a foster home. That young boy is Louie Thompson, and he was portrayed by 3-year-old twins Austin and Aiden Cohen.
The use of twins is very common when casting roles for very young child characters for one very pragmatic reason. Child labor laws limit the number of hours young children can work in a day, so many productions turn to twins to solve this casting conundrum.
