The Big Bang Theory Spin-Off: The Original Cast Was In The Dark About Max's New Series
By SAMANTHA BAMBINO
In spring 2023, it was announced during a Warner Bros. Discovery press day that a brand new spin-off of "The Big Bang Theory" was being developed by Chuck Lorre.
No plotline has been revealed, and it can be assumed that the original cast of "The Big Bang Theory" won't be heavily involved as they didn't know much about its existence.
Mayim Bialik said that she and her co-stars were just as surprised as the rest of the world. She revealed that the cast is still pretty close, so there was a lot of texting.
She doesn't think the spin-off will be about her character, Amy Farrah Fowler, but she is open to appearing in the show. She has already done voiceover work in "Young Sheldon."
Bialik told E! News, "I'll do anything really, related to anything like that." Fans speculated what the series could be about, but nothing concrete has been released.
