The final trailer for "She-Hulk: Attorney at Law" confirmed that Matt Murdock would finally reemerge as everyone’s favorite horned vigilante. However, the devil was in the details for his return — “She-Hulk” director Kat Coiro and her team could incorporate him however they wanted, but only if he was dressed for the occasion.
In a recent interview, writer Jessica Gao revealed how they were required to have Daredevil’s suit look a certain way. From what we've seen so far, it largely matches the costume Charlie Cox wore on "Daredevil," but it features a splash of yellow which references the color scheme Daredevil sported for the first six issues of his comic.
In July of 2022, Marvel Studios revealed that it's in the process of working on a new Daredevil series titled "Daredevil: Born Again." It's entirely possible, then, that his appearance in "She-Hulk" will serve as a prelude to this new show, but whether his new costume means a new beginning for his character remains to be seen.
