According to IMDb, the late actor Robbie Coltrane was a part of 114 films, voice acting, and television projects. While most fans remember him for his warm performance as Rubeus Hagrid in the "Harry Potter" films series, he also played a complicated villain in two James Bond films.
Coltrane first appeared in the 1995 Bond film "GoldenEye" as Valentin Zukovsky — a former KGB agent turned wealthy criminal — who doesn't remember Agent 007 fondly as the spy shot him in the leg during a past run-in. However, Zukovsky still helps Bond find the mysterious figure "Janus" — in exchange for a healthy sum of money.
Coltrane reprised his role in the 1999 film, "The World Is Not Enough," in which his character works with secret villain Elektra King until Bond discovers the latter's plan to launch a nuclear weapon. Zukovsky and his men then turn on King and attack her base, and while she mortally wounds the gangster, he still helps set a captured Bond free.
