“My Hero Academia” follows a young boy named Izuku Midoriya who dreams of becoming a superhero, but doesn’t have a Quirk like other people with superpowers. He still gets accepted into a top hero school with the help of his superhero mentor, All Might, and his quest continues in the upcoming sixth season.

Season 6 will be released October 2022, and will center on Izuku and his interactions with his teachers and other heroes in training. He will also encounter the destructive Paranormal Liberation Front, which was formed in Season 5 when the League of Villains joined the radical group, Meta Liberation Army.

The Paranormal LIberation Front is led by the powerful Tomura Shigaraki, who has been quickly gaining more power, and is aiming to take Izuku’s One For All Quirk. The short Season 6 trailer that was released December 2021 teases what has been building up for some time, which is a major battle between Izuku and Tomura.
