"The Big Bang Theory" enjoyed a 12-year reign as one of the most popular nerd-oriented sitcoms on television. Arguably, one of the most important elements to the success of the show was the cast, which included loads of talented actors who made a meal out of the written material, including Mayim Bialik, who became a household name as Amy Farrah Fowler.
Bialik has many fond memories of working on the program, and naturally, has favorite episodes, such as Season 7's “The Scavenger Vortex,” which she adores because she got to work closely with Simon Helberg. In this episode the cast takes part in a scavenger hunt, divided into teams of two, resulting in some interesting pairings that one might not expect.
Amy Farrah Fowler was paired with Howard Wolowitz (Helberg), and despite the initial awkward tension due to their lack of one-on-one time together, they grow very close. On her YouTube channel, Bialik cites this episode as being special because she got to work extensively with Helberg, whom she admires and learned a lot from throughout their "Big Bang Theory" run.
