THIS STORY CONTAINS SPOILERS FOR "The Umbrella Academy" Season 3.

SPOILER WARNING!

In Season 3 of "The Umbrella Academy," Klaus Hargreeves (Robert Sheehan), the free spirit who can speak to dead ones, discovered an extra feature to his gift that he'd not yet tapped. He’s been haunted by the dead all of his life, but he hadn’t realized until now that he is immortal — which is familiar territory for Robert Sheehan.
Long before "The Umbrella Academy," Sheehan was causing trouble in the UK sci-fi cult favorite "Misfits.” On the show, Sheehan played Nathan, who wakes up in his coffin following a horrific death, only to discover his power is immortality.
It's an exciting twist of televised fate that Sheehan is now taking another character through a similar story arc. Klaus, unlike Nathan, has allowed Sheehan to add an extra emotional layer to a soul tormented by others that he seemingly can't join permanently.
