Is Daphne Dead In The Frasier Reboot?

Fans will no longer have to wonder if Daphne Moon (Jane Leeves) is alive in the "Frasier" revival series on Paramount+, as Episode 4, "Trivial Pursuits," settles the question.
Daphne is alive and living in Seattle with her husband, Niles. In 2021, when the reboot was in development, Entertainment Weekly asked Leeves if she would appear on the show.
She responded, "I have no idea, but I won't be leaving 'The Resident' to do that if it happens." Now that "The Resident" is canceled, however, she may have more time for "Frasier."
While Leeves may not appear in the reboot anytime soon, Daphne is still there in spirit as Frasier spends plenty of time with her son, David Crane, who's attending Harvard.
