Prey Is A Teaser
In Truest Sense

When news arrived that 20th Century Studios was working on yet another chapter of “The Predator,” fans were no doubt worried about the possibility of another underwhelming entry. Thankfully, the latest entry, "Prey," looks set to revitalize the franchise with a unique and intriguing premise.
Hulu released a teaser trailer for "Prey," which is set 300 years in the past and follows Amber Midthunder as Naru, a young Comanche fighter who must face the ultra-advanced, ultra-bloodthirsty hunter. The "Predator" prequel is directed by Dan Trachtenberg, who's helmed "10 Cloverfield Lane."
Although the trailer doesn't reveal the Predator itself, the foreboding footage is effective because it perfectly shows how disadvantaged Naru is against such a technologically superior foe. Fans won’t have to wait long to watch this showdown as "Prey" arrives on Hulu on August 5, 2022.
