The “Dragon Ball” series has Saiyans like Goku and Vegeta transforming into powerful Super Saiyan forms. Naturally, fans have come up with some of the most powerful forms.

Fans designed a non-canonical Super Saiyan 5 form, which first appeared in the fan-made “Dragon Ball AF” manga. It surpasses even the mightiest canon forms.

“Dragon Ball AF” began as a rumored sequel to “Dragon Ball GT.” The first images of the supposed series were actually fan art drawn by David Montiel Franco in 1999.

Despite its unofficial status, Super Saiyan 5 was referenced in “Dragon Ball GT,” when Bulma suggests that it could be a possible form of the Saiyan transformation line.
