"Deadpool 2" premiered in 2018 with the same outrageous violence and tongue-in-cheek humor as the original, this time bringing the weird mutant team X-Force to life. One of the more exciting inclusions was the largely unseen team member Vanisher, secretly played by Brad Pitt.
The only time you see him is after getting electrocuted by some electric wires, and according to writer Rhett Reese, it didn't take much arm twisting for Pitt to play the role. Reese described his request: "[He] said, 'I want this exact coffee from Starbucks, and, Ryan [Reynolds], I want you to deliver it to me."
Reese confirmed that not only had Pitt forgotten about his coffee request when he arrived on set, but he also took the lowest wage allowed by his union for his work. Pitt is no stranger to cameo appearances, evidenced by his role as professional tracker Jack Trainer in the Sandra Bullock movie “The Lost City.”
