As the show is called “American Pickers” and not “International Pickers,” Mike Wolfe, Frank Fritz, and Danielle Colby have never traveled out of the U.S. to go picking. However, Colby has weighed in on what she considers the best international city for antique hunting.

While Colby is most known for watching over Wolfe and Fritz’s shop while they go picking, she knows a thing or two about good places for picks and has traveled with Wolfe on numerous outings. In a 2017 interview, she revealed that her best international city for picking is Paris.

Colby stated, “Picking in Paris is like nothing you’ve experienced in the states because the history is so much older and more power-packed.” So if you find yourself visiting Paris one day, it’s worth going picking to find antiques that are much older than what you might find in the U.S.
