TV-MOVIES
When the Korean teen zombie thriller “All Of Us Are Dead” premiered on January 28th, it quickly climbed Netflix’s top ten list. Although Netflix hasn’t yet confirmed a second season and the show’s creators have remained silent about the topic, fans are anticipating the announcement, as Season 1 ended with a cliffhanger and many unanswered questions.
One possible story to explore in Season 2 is the existence of “halbies,” or asymptomatic zombies. Other potential plotlines are the virus spreading to other parts of the country (the digital comic the series is based on explores the virus possibly spreading to Japan) and the transmission between species (Season 1 briefly introduced a zombified mouse).
Along with the possible storylines, fans are wondering who amongst the survivors in Season 1 will return, and if any of those whose deaths were implied will reappear — either in human or zombie form. Until an official announcement is made, fans can cook up more theories by reading the digital comic on WEBTOON, which has been translated into English.
