YouTuber Reimagining Films with AI has created images that give viewers an idea of what "Star Wars" might look like if given a futuristic Egyptian aesthetic.

In addition to some human characters given ancient Egyptian iconography with added neon,

the video includes variations of beloved alien creatures and villains.

Some standouts from the video are the much fiercer versions of Chewbacca and the Ewoks. The Pharoah-like Darth Vader is another notable reimagining.

Some of the renditions have striking similarities with 1994’s "Stargate," with many of the characters — like Vader — feeling as though they could belong in that sci-fi classic.
