In an attempt to make up for recent subscriber losses, Netflix held one of their "largest marketing campaigns ever” to promote “The Gray Man.” The film is packed with stars like Ryan Gosling and Chris Evans but unfortunately tells a pretty bland story.

“Bird Box” did well when it was released in 2014, but most of the hype came from an internet trend called the “Bird Box Challenge,” instead of the actual film. Most critics thought it was average at best because it lacked a climax with any real thrill.

Everyone assumed “Game Over, Man!” would be an instant hit, because it was created by the same people who made “Workaholics.” Unfortunately, this comedy wasn’t all that funny, and quickly became another one of Netflix’s overrated blunders.

Netflix spent $200 million to make “Red Notice,” which stars Ryan Reynolds, Gal Gadot, and Dwayne Johnson. It's supposedly the most-watched movie in Netflix history, but the third act plot-twist ruins every good thing the film worked so hard to establish.

“Don’t Look Up” has a stellar cast, but doesn’t quite hit the satirical nail on the head. Critics were divided in their opinions, some believing the film to be excellent, while others were less than impressed by the lack of direction and dimensionless script.
