The Bellas Make Acapella Magic In Pitch Perfect 3 Trailer

The Bellas are back for one last time in the newest trailer for Pitch Perfect 3. The trailer features the group coming together for a final performance, where they must face off against real bands using real instruments.

As the trailer shows, the elder Bellas are all brought together when the new crop invites them to one of their performances. While the graduates thought that they were going to get the chance to sing, it turns out that they are just there to watch the fresh-faced younger kids perform. "They're so bright and shiny," says Chrissie Fit's Flo. "They look like they was all breast fed," says Ester Dean's Cynthia-Rose.

This event prompts the older Bellas to head out to a bar for a pity party, where Aubrey (Anna Camp) eventually proposes that they all perform together one last time at a USO performance to benefit the troops in Europe. Underemployed and struggling to find their place in the adult world, the Bellas all agree to go and they head to Spain.

However, their reunion performance isn't quite the reception they were expecting, as they realize that they're touring with three bands– bands who use real instruments and play their own songs. "Is it weird that everybody is better at the one thing we do than we are at that thing?" asks Anna Kendrick's Beca.

Further complicating the matter is the fact that a record label, looking to sign one of the bands, has set their sights on Beca– but, just Beca. While the Bellas are "family," Beca has to debate whether or not going off on her own is what she needs to pursue the career she wants.

Rebel Wilson, Brittany Snow, Hailee Steinfeld, Ruby Rose, Alexis Knapp, Hana Mae Lee, Kelley Jake, Shelley Regner, Andy Allo, John Michael Higgins, and Elizabeth Banks also star in Pitch Perfect 3, which was directed by music video director Trish See based on a script from the first two films' Kay Cannon. The movie has a Dec. 22 release date; for now, see some of the other exciting films coming out this year.
