Daddy's Home 2 Trailer Introduces The Grandads

Mark Wahlberg's character in the first Daddy's Home suddenly makes a lot more sense.

Paramount released a new trailer for Daddy's Home 2, and it ups the ante by introducing the fathers of both Wahlberg's cool dad Dusty and Will Ferrell's nice guy stepfather Brad. Mel Gibson plays Dusty's leather jacket-wearing dad Kurt, while John Lithgow is Brad's red sweater-wearing father Jonah. 

In the first movie, Dusty and Brad faced off in a tense rivalry but eventually (spoiler alert) grew to be pals. But the grandparents don't necessarily understand the arrangement and cause some problems just in time for the holidays. 

The trailer, which debuted on The Ellen Show, also features the return of Linda Cardellini and John Cena as Roger.

Daddy's Home 2 hits theaters Nov. 10. Meanwhile, take a look at more fall movies you should plan to see.
