South Park Announces Season 21 Return With NSFW Trailer
Projectile vomit, farts in mouths, and Jesus Christ on HGH exploding into pieces due to a Gangnam Style dance—aww yeah, baby. South Park is back.
In the new trailer for the 21st season of Comedy Central's longest-running show, Cartman raps along to Montell Jordan's "This Is How We Do It", "it" being the irreverent far-below-the-gutter satire and shock comedy the show's been trafficking in for more than two decades.
A combination of old and new footage with an extremely kinetic animation style, the trailer is more of a celebration of the series than a coherent coming attraction. One thing it definitely is, though, is not safe for work, with plenty of full-frontal nudity, risqué dancing, casual blasphemy, and a voluminous amount of bodily fluids getting flung around by the characters, into and onto each other. We've been getting this for 21 years now, folks—what do you expect?
South Park returns to Comedy Central on September 13. In the meantime, dive deep into the series' long-ago beginnings with our feature on the untold truth of South Park.
