Someone Made A Version Of The Friends Theme Song For The Defenders

"So no one told you life was gonna be this way– your job's a joke, you're broke, your love life's D.O.A.," is a lyric that applies pretty well to the Defenders, so it makes sense that the group of super friends own have their won super title track set to the Friends theme song. 

The pitch perfect parody video, which you can watch above, uses scenes from The Defenders to introduce your favorite superheroes just like the characters from the popular sitcom. While the actual Defenders theme song is pretty cool (and might earn Marvel another Emmy nod for main title sequence), we have to say we're a pretty big fan of this version. (Now someone needs to figure out which Friends character each of the Defenders are– Danny definitely seems like a Phoebe to us.)

The video was created by Twitter user @take_ninetynine, and it quickly garnered the attention of the Internet– and the official Jessica Jones Twitter account, who shared it with the caption, "Cheers to having a sense of humor and too much time on your hands."
