Melisandre Returns In New Game Of Thrones Trailer

You knew the Red Woman couldn't stay away for long.

A new trailer (below) for the upcoming episode of Game of Thrones reveals that Melisandre (Carice van Houten) will make her way back to Dragonstone, where she attempts to tell Daenerys (Emilia Clarke) about the Lord of Light's plans for her. She also mentions "another," which would be newly appointed King in the North Jon Snow (Kit Harington). Of course, Dany doesn't know about Jon yet, and she certainly doesn't know she's his aunt.

Here's the synopsis for "Stormborn": "Daenerys receives an unexpected visitor. Jon faces a revolt. Tyrion (Peter Dinklage) plans the conquest of Westeros."

So now we know who that "unexpected visitor" will be. The last time we saw Melisandre, Jon had cast her out of the North after he learned that she had convinced Stannis to burn his young daughter at the stake a while back.
