Spider-Man Suits Up In Homecoming International Trailer

Peter is still figuring out his new, Tony Stark-built suit's powers in the international teaser for Spider-Man: Homecoming. While the trailer includes mostly footage that we've seen before, it does offer a few new glimpses at what Peter's suit can do and teases more of the film's humor.

The trailer begins with a clip we've seen before: Peter filming himself behind the scenes during his introduction to the other Avengers in Captain America: Civil War's airport fight scene. It then quickly moves into Tony (Robert Downey Jr.) telling him he can keep the suit, which is followed by a few new glimpses at said suit in action.

Although we already know from one of the film's full trailers that the suit has hundreds of possible web shooter combinations, the new clip actually shows us some of the options, including ricochet web and web grenade. As Peter says, "that was awesome."

The trailer also gives us a few more glimpses at Michael Keaton's terrifying Vulture, who threatens Peter with some pretty big consequences if he gets in the way of his plot to outfit the city's criminals with some pretty intense tech. "Come on Spider-Man, don't mess with me," he says. "I'll kill you and everyone you love."

The clip ends with a short sneak peek at Peter talking to his friend Ned (Jacob Batalon) in gym class, where the two are watching a video of Captain America explaining the importance of physical fitness. "Do you know him too?" Ned asks. "I stole his shield," Peter responds. "But then he beat me up."

Jon Favreau, Marisa Tomei, Zendaya, Donald Glover, Laura Harrier, Tony Revolori, Bokeem Woodbine, Logan Marshall-Green, and Michael Chernus also star in Homecoming, which was directed by Jon Watts based on a script from Watts, John Francis Daley, Jonathan Goldstein, Christopher Ford, Chris McKenna, and Erik Sommers. The movie, which will definitely be better than you think, is due out on July 7.
