Here's How You Can Watch Every Episode Of The 100

The post-apocalyptic sci-fi series The 100 premiered on The CW in 2014. Loosely based on the book series of the same name by Kass Morgan, The 100 quickly grew in popularity, becoming one of the channel's biggest hits, and went on to have seven seasons and 100 episodes. Seasons 2, 5, 6, and 7, in particular, all hold a 100% rating on Rotten Tomatoes, while the other three range from 76% to 93%. The critical consensuses for each season range from praising the "nuance and depth" of the characters, to mentions of how the show continually expanded "the literal scope of the setting and figurative moral landscape."

As for what The 100 is about: The story takes place 97 years after a nuclear apocalypse destroyed Earth. Trying to survive on a space station orbiting their planet, the community of survivors are running out of resources and desperately trying to find alternatives. In order to test if Earth is finally inhabitable again, the space station elects to send one hundred juvenile delinquents to the ground, to see for themselves. With one hundred teenagers forced to live together in this new land, all on their own, things obviously don't go as planned.

The 100 takes its characters all over throughout its seven seasons, expertly exploring politics and morality through Clarke (Eliza Taylor) and her troubles leading the group of survivors through many difficult situations, including another apocalypse. The show's final season finished airing on September 30, 2020, which means that for those who couldn't catch the show each week on The CW, there has never been a better time to binge the entire run.

Streaming services you can watch The 100 on

So, how you can binge-watch all seven seasons of The 100, in one go? The most obvious place to check for The 100 would seem to be The CW's website, but as the series just ended and will not be airing more episodes, The CW only hosts a small amount of episodes — five at a time — that quickly time out. Currently, only The 100's final five episodes are available. While there are a handful of series that the site has available to stream in their entirety, The 100 is not one of them.

Thankfully, there is an alternative: Netflix has all seven seasons of The 100 available to stream. As the most popular streaming site out there— for now, as Time predicts Disney+ may overtake them soon — most people have access to Netflix, and are thus able to check out the many television shows and movies on the platform. It's super easy to log in quickly and get right to watching The 100 anytime, anywhere. Currently, Netflix's subscription costs $8.99 for their Basic plan, $13.99 for the Standard, and $17.99 for the Premium plan.

Unfortunately, aside from Netflix, The 100 is not included on any other streaming sites right now, without additional costs involved.

Where else is The 100 available to stream?

If you don't happen to have a Netflix subscription, there are alternative ways to watch the post-apocalyptic drama, but they will cost you.

Along with most other films and television series, The 100 is available to buy and download on a bunch of popular sites: these include Amazon Video, Google Play, iTunes, Vudu, YouTube, and so on, which have all seasons of the show available for purchase. As for pricing, the consistent price point per episode is $1.99 for Standard Definition and $2.99 for High Definition, if it's available. If you decide to buy a whole season at once, there could be discounts available, as sites like Amazon and Vudu have had sales on the whole first season in which it only costs $9.99 instead of the full price, which usually runs around $22.99. Outside of Netflix and purchasing a digital copy on the above sites, physical copies of The 100 are available on DVD or Blu-ray.

Now just sit back and relax safe at home, while you watch Clarke and her friends fight to survive a post-apocalyptic Earth.
