Arrow Season 5 Trailer Reveals New Friends, Foes, And Dolph Lundgren

Being an enigmatic vigilante who works late hours can sometimes get a little lonely.

In an extended trailer for Season 5 of the CW's Arrow, we get a good look at Oliver (Stephen Amell) and his new allies after the death of Laurel and the departures of both Diggle and Thea from Team Arrow. Curtis Holt (Echo Kellum) looks like he's ready to become Mister Terrific, Evelyn Sharp (Madison McLaughlin) is building up her skill set, and new guy Wild Dog (Rick Gonzalez) is definitely in the mix. Meanwhile, the villains are lining up, too. Tobias Church (The Walking Dead's Chad L. Coleman) casts an ominous shadow over Starling City, and flashbacks will take us to Russia where Oliver will face off against the Bratva. That's where he'll encounter Kovar (Dolph Lundgren), who executive producer Wendy Mericle told Entertainment Weekly will be one of Season 5's "big bads."
