90 Day Fiance The Other Way: Rishi's Lies May Cost Him Everything With Jen
"90 Day Fiancé" has become one of the most irresistible reality shows for anyone who wants to see couples from different cultures try to make it work while making lives for themselves in the United States. The spin-off, "90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way," flips the script by taking two people from different countries with the American wanting to move to another land. Sometimes, this can result in even bigger culture shocks and a host of other problems, as Jen and Rishi have learned all too well.
Despite Jen acquiring a visa for India, doubts were sowed in her mind. For starters, Rishi hadn't confessed to his parents yet that he was seeing Jen, and there were troublesome social media messages Rishi was receiving from other women. While Rishi denied anything serious was going on, claiming he only received the messages due to his modeling job, Jen provided evidence of Rishi attempting to meet up with these women in person.
Jen was understandably upset, and it was clear this could be the end of things between the two. As Jen added, "This could be the end of things right now."
Even an astrologer can't see a future for Jen and Rishi in the stars
Lying is nothing new on "90 Day Fiancé," and you can't stage the kind of ensuing drama that follows. Rishi definitely isn't the first to hide the fact he's chatting with other women on the side, but if he keeps it up without letting her know the full truth, it could easily end their relationship before it even gets started. And Jen may not be the only one having doubts about the courtship's future.
Rishi visited an astrologer friend, Nitesh, to get advice as to whether he should introduce Jen to his family. Nitesh even provided a date for when Rishi should introduce Jen, and that was August 2 at 4:00 p.m. That gave Rishi a couple of months, but they still have so many issues they'd need to overcome during that time before the big meet-up takes place. Nitesh also provided some warning for the marriage itself: "You'll have to fight a lot." Based on astrology, the two are simply too incompatible with having a lasting, loving relationship; going on to say, "It is very difficult for you guys to get married because your kind of traits — they are not matching with Jen's traits, astrologically."
Rishi remains persistent and still appears as though he wants to make things work with Jen. Viewers will have to see how that pans out as "90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way" airs new episodes Sundays at 8:00 p.m. ET on TLC.
