Pinhead Returns In Hellraiser: Judgment Trailer

Pinhead is back, and he's bringing a few grotesque friends with him.

Lionsgate released the trailer (via Bloody Disgusting) for Hellraiser: Judgment, the upcoming tenth installment in the horror franchise launched by Clive Barker in 1987, and it looks like it could put the series back on track–even if it's going straight to Blu-ray and On Demand.

Written and directed by Gary J. Tunnicliffe, a longtime effects maker for the franchise, Hellraiser: Judgment centers on three detectives hunting down an especially brutal serial killer. But they end up entangled with Pinhead (Paul T. Taylor) and his gang of morbid Cenobites–a faction of Hell made up of mutilated humans that serve the Order of the Gash and offer sadomasochistic pleasures of the flesh to those who solve the Lament Configuration.

It'll be Taylor's first time as Pinhead, who was originally played by Doug Bradley. Stephan Smith Collins portrayed the iconic villain in 2011's iffy Hellraiser: Revelations.

Hellraiser: Judgment will also introduce a few new Cenobites including The Auditor, The Assessor, and The Jury. Clearly, the "judgment" will come into play.

The cast includes Heather Langenkamp (A Nightmare on Elm Street), Damon Carney (Logan), Randy Wayne (The Dukes of Hazzard: The Beginning), and Alexandra Harris (CTRL). Look for it on Feb. 13.
